Our Creative Methods Explained..

Screen Printing is a great process for larger orders of printed t-shirts (12+) and larger designs. Screen-printed t-shirts wash well and can maintain the print quality for some time. When Screen Printing, one colour at a time is applied and therefore the cost will increase with each additional colour applied. For each separate colour an additional screen is required, so a design with 4 colours in it will need 4 screens, this can make screen printing in many colours uneconomical if only a small run of clothing is required and Heat Press Vinyl Printing might be a cheaper option.

Heat Press Vinyl Printing is generally a popular choice since we can overlay different colours of vinyl to produce some unique effects. Vinyl comes in many different formats, such as metallic, fluorescent, flock and reflective colours. It can be as durable as screen printing - it can be washed over & over multiple times without any colour loss, so it can be a good option for work clothing that needs multiple washes. Vinyl always gives a great impression with its smooth even finish & crisp edges.

DTF stands for Direct To Film This technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to a T-shirt made of cotton, polyester, or their blends, regardless of their colour, as it can work with white ink. Right now, direct-to-film (DTF) printing is one of the most versatile techniques available in the print industry.

Embroidery is the process in which an image or design is stitched onto fabric. Using various types of threads, any image, word, or shape can be embroidered onto any material. Most often, embroidery is used to display business names or logos onto apparel for uniform purposes.
